The owners have many thoughtful details throughout including a s'mores station for guests to enjoy at the fire-pit and 4 portable chairs and a rolling cooler for Tanglewood or any other fun outing.
MAIN FLOOR: As you enter through the front door you are greeted by the newly renovated living room with ample seating and a 65” smart TV with Spectrum cable channels and all your streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, Prime video, etc. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has everything a cook needs to prepare a great meal! There is a gas range, microwave, standard coffeemaker, French press, toaster, blender and an extra deep sink for easy clean-up. The dining table is set up to seat 2 but can easily be extended to seat up to six guests. Simply grab the extra chairs stored close by! (See photos.) Down a small hall from the kitchen you will find the bathroom with a tub/shower combination and the main bedroom with a king size bed and smart TV. There is also an attached 1 car garage for easy access into the house through the large mudroom which is perfect for storing all of your Berkshire gear. The washer and dryer is located in the laundry room in the basement.
UPSTAIRS: On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms. One has a full size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. If you have extra guests, the sofa in the living room is a pullout with a Tempurpedic mattress. There is also a pack-n-play crib and highchair for guests with young children (bring your own sheets).
OUTSIDE you will find a large backyard perfect for outdoor games. 2 soccer nets, soccer balls, beanbag toss (aka corn hole) and bocce ball are all available for guests to use. There is a table with chairs, a standing cooler, 2 chaise loungers and a hammock. There's also an additional fire pit area with even more seating towards the back of the yard. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the mountain views during the day and the AMAZING star filled sky at night! Also, the Appalachian trail is a short walk from the front door, which provides guests with miles of hiking!
