This lovely 3-story Victorian is perfect for multiple families or friends to gather and enjoy the Berkshires with plenty of room to spread out. The interior is sunny, bright, and modern with charming details throughout. This rambling, romantic Victorian is reminiscent of a charming mansion and feels like there is a story that wants to be known.
Guests enter through the mud room and kitchen area where there is room for your Berkshire gear. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances which include a large freezer fridge, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, standard coffee maker and ample room for storage and meal prep. The dining rooms seats 10+ comfortably and there is additional seating in the kitchen. The back deck with grill and seating is just off the kitchen and dining room. The large living room with cozy seating has a gas fireplace for those cooler days and is also open on to the dining room. The main floor bedroom, guest bedroom room #1 for those guests who prefer main floor living, has a queen bed and full bathroom with a shower just down the hall. There is a fun main floor media room with Smart TV, just next to the main floor guest room, and the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is just on the other side of the media room.
