In season, dine on the stone patio under a huge umbrella, with seating for 6, alongside a propane fire pit and more seating. Down at the water's edge, there are several Adirondack chairs, and a private dock. Lake Buel is known for its beautiful sunsets and Laurel Banks Waterfront faces West so you have sun all day long, ending with a gorgeous sunset!
The house is well equipped for sun, rain, and snow with board games, puzzles, corn-hole set, lawn darts and an impressive selection of newer fiction books to borrow.

- Samsung ”portrait” flat screen SmartTV
- Propane fireplace with an easy on/off switch
- Fun Sony turntable, with records!

Parking is limited at the lake house and allows for 2 large SUVs or 3 average cars max. It's important that guests observe the parking instructions and not block the neighbor's driveway. If you need extra parking, we can recommend one of the many free public lots in Great Barrington. This is classic lake living!
Pets: Dogs are considered with a $150 per fee (per pet) as long as they are quiet, house trained and well behaved. There is a strict on-leash policy whenever the dog is outside the house. They may not wander freely.
