Sarah Dixon

Hello! I am Sarah Dixon, an associate at Berkshire Rental Properties. I’ve been working at BRP since 2016, gaining a lot of experience working with people, preparing homes and honing my real estate skills. I have been a licensed real estate agent since October 2017, and I also work at Lance Vermeulen Real Estate!
After a successful fashion career working as a Technical Designer for popular companies like T.J. Maxx, Reebok, and Talbots, I jumped at the opportunity to move back to my hometown, Great Barrington, in 2015. There’s no place like the Berkshires with its amazing scenery, relaxed vibe, and unique culture to raise a family—I’m so glad to be back home!
When I am not working, I love to go boating and swimming in Lake Buel. I also love to go and listen to live music. Whether it be on the lawn at Tanglewood or at The Barn in Egremont, give me a good band and I am set for the night.

Claudia Laslie

Claudia Laslie is the owner and creator of Berkshire Rental Properties, which since 2005 has specialized in short- and long-term home rentals throughout the Southern Berkshires. Claudia’s role is to act as liaison between renter and homeowner and to assist the owner in preparing their rental.
Claudia first fell in love with the Berkshires long ago when she came to study dance at Jacob’s Pillow, where she performed in the Ted Shawn Theatre. After an exciting career as a Ford model and commercial television actress, Claudia moved to Great Barrington in 2003 with her two young children. Looking for extra income, Claudia rolled up her sleeves — she’d clean her house top-to-bottom, pack the kids into their car seats, and rent out her house. She noticed all the other homes often sitting empty and found others. The company has come a long way since those early days … the kids are mostly grown and BRP has expanded to 30-plus listings, including real estate, and insurance integrations. We even accept credit cards now! Claudia loves to help renters (and buyers!) find their dream property and provides seasoned guidance to homeowners (and sellers!) in hopes of finding a good match.
Since 2008, Claudia is a fully licensed broker in Massachusetts, and is represented by Lance Vermeulen Real Estate Inc.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with high-end amenities that made our experience truly enjoyable. Our three families, including several kids, loved the variety of games available—there was never a dull moment! The location is amazing, with plenty of nearby activities and attractions. We highly recommend Casa Mia for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Can't wait to come back!

We had a family ski trip and stayed at the Conway House. We felt right at home. The site pictures matched the house, plus some. It was super clean with all the amenities you'd need. We had 7 guests all who felt roomy and comfortable. Outdoor grill and fire pit for smores. We plan to stay again for sure. Absolutely no complaints.
