Designed by The Novogratz: This revered sun-filled antique Colonial makes it's return! 3500 square feet, 5+ bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 10 Adults and and mix of children/adults for 16 (max) guests. Central AC, fast internet, SmartTV, indoor/outdoor sound system, piano, wood stove, heated in-ground pool, hot tub, sunken trampoline, mini gym, poolside seating with propane grill, outdoor TV and fridge, fire-pit, large run-around lawn, tree swing, finished attic, Ms. Pacman vintage video game. Please inquire about pets. No Smoking.
The main floor:
Organized mud-room entry for all season gear
Gracious entry with parlor
Kitchen and Breakfast room: Kitchen has all stainless appliances, Microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, six-burner gas Viking range, enormous fridge/freezer!
Breakfast Room has easy banquet seating for 10
Dining room is more formal and has seating for 10+
1/2 bath/powder room is just off Dining room
Family room with wall TV (smart) seating and wood stove, games, books
Music room with upright piano and turn-table
Vintage Ms Pac man video game, no coins required!
Solarium Office, with mini gym - treadmill and weights
Rear entry organizer with screen door access to the sun deck, hot tub, heated pool, and sunken trampoline
