No more than 15 adults please. Guest count max, with children and adults, shall not exceed 18 and a baby. Pets considered with a $ pet fee. No Smoking and no proms, bachelor parties, or requests for weddings.

Primary: King bed with green tile en suite full bath (tub/shower)
Bedroom #2: Flower Bedroom with King bed - with shared bath (sleeps 2)

• Shared bathroom: Blue and White bathroom has a deep soaking tub + handheld shower
  Bedroom #3: Bunk Bedroom with twin bunk beds + crib - uses shared bath and sleeps 2 children + baby
  Bedroom #4: Blue Bedroom: Full bed (sleeps 1, or 2, snuggly) uses shared bath

  Bedroom #8: Lavender Bedroom: Queen bed + daybed for a child (sleeps 3) with en suite full bath (soaking tub)
  Sleeps a max 15 adults or a combo of children and adults not to exceed 18 + a baby
  Note: there is a Full Bathroom with extra large step-in shower, located on the main floor, just near the laundry room and spa area.
  Summer offers the outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Hartfield offers guests a taste of rare timeless Berkshire beauty - with 2+ acres, mature trees, perennial gardens, and overlooking scenic mountain vistas, while enjoying the stone patio with café lights, dining table, fire pit, and a special bistro set under the pergola covered in lush grape vines. Two bikes are available and the lawn is long and flat - ready for lawn games of all kinds.

Pets considered with a $150 pet fee, per pet.
