Riverside Description
Amenities: Nicely appointed, with top amenities, including a home gym and a dynamic riverfront! 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and sleeps 8 guests in beds, with a max of 10 guests. High Speed internet & Wifi, Zoom friendly, several HD Smart Cable TVs, AC throughout, two (2) wood-burning fireplaces, updated high end kitchen with top new appliances, mini gym with treadmill and weight bench, fire pit, outdoor seating with grill on the deck overlooking river views, kayak, EV car charger (with a Tesla adapter), basketball net (with basketballs), soccer balls, board games and bocce ball set. There are so many fun things to do here! Plus garage with direct entry, close to all major Berkshire attractions!

Riverside is a spacious yet inviting and cozy home with many comfortable touches and thoughful details throughout! Outside there is large deck with fabulous outdoor seating, an oversized umbrella, a propane BBQ grill, and a firepit with a huge supply of wood available to guests.
Main Floor: As you enter Riverside you are greeted by a bright and sunny open concept great room with both a living room and dining room area. The kitchen is super equipped with high-end stainless appliances including six-burner gas range, Bosch dishwasher and Kitchen Aid fridge with filtered water and readily available ice - both crushed and cubes! The kitchen gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, food processor, KitchenAid mixer, and more. An actual chef cooks here when it is not rented, so it is well equipped! The large dining table has seating for 8 and is near one of the 2 wood burning fireplaces at the house, which makes for a cozy dining experience. The open concept great room also has a spacious seating area near one of several wall mounted flat screen HD Smart TVs with Cable and access to all subscription TV. Just around the corner is an office/library space for a quiet place to get some work done or to curl up with a book. The large sun deck is just off the dining area and has a fabulous outdoor dining set up with huge umbrella for coverage. There is a propane BBQ grill on the deck and it overlooks the Housatonic River for a spectacular natural setting and nature viewing! This main floor also has a convenient 1/2 bath, just off the entry and close to the door that leads to the deck outside.
Second Floor: Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom with king bed, wood-burning fireplace, cozy leather club chairs, TV, walk in closet and its own ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower - just fully renovated in spring 2021. The other two guest rooms both have a queen size beds. One has another large flat screen TV and both have nice closets for plenty of storage. These two guest rooms share the a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. All of the bedrooms have crisp fresh high thread count linens and are ready to welcome their guest!
Lower Level: The lower level functions as a large bonus room with a 4th sleeping space with a king bed, large TV, and a workout room around the corner with new treadmill, weight bench, stretching area, TV and water cooler - so cool! The large well-lit laundry room is also on this lower level.
Outside: Riverside has a very large yard great for any outdoor game guests can imagine.There is a sun deck with a large dining table, living room seating area, BBQ grill, fire pit (wood included), and more. There is a trail that leads down to the river, so guest can fish and explore. (Catch and release only), and a kayak for guest to use as well!
Garage: On rainy days, guest will love having the garage available to them for easy loading and unloading of lugage and groceries.
Location: Less than 10 minutes to Guidos and downtown Great Barrington and close to all the Berkshire attractions. Less than 15 minutes to Ski Butternut and 20 minutes to Catamount. Great Barrington hosts a fabulous shopping experience with gourmet candy and ice cream, toys, galleries, bars and a wonderful array of dining experiences.
River: The Housatonic River provides a resource for kayaking and catch and release fishing, as well as a gorgeous meditative place for nature viewing. One kayak is provided for guests to explore this lovely resource.
