Amenities include: 6 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths, heated outdoor pool, screened porch with a dining table, sunny stone patio next to the pool, oodles of outdoor seating, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, high speed cable internet and WiFi, 3 Smart TVs, a well-equipped kitchen and large pantry with a gas oven/range, dishwasher, 2 sinks, central AC, washer/dryer, board games, books, etc. The house is on a quiet cul-du sac, 10 mins to Great Barrington and 15 minutes to Tanglewood.
(Bella Vista is not suitable for larger gatherings or parties. The house with apartment sleeps 13 and the beds / layout works best with no more than 9 adults, please.)

Guest enter the Main House through the front door or take the circular drive around back to enter through the screened porch, into the kitchen. The Main Floor has an elegant/cozy living room with 2 sofas and club chairs. The media room/library has a Smart TV with access to all subscription TV channels. The Kitchen has a 5 burner gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, 2 sinks (1 in the kitchen and 1 in the pantry), a stainless steel island and all the basics a home chef requires for to prepping great meals, including a microwave, standard drip coffeemaker, blender, toaster and other useful gadgets. The dining room seats 8 with an additional table that can be brought over for extra seating. The laundry room with 1/2 bath is just off the kitchen. A sunny game table is ready for a game of cards, board game or puzzle.
The Second Floor has 5 guest rooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a playroom with toys, bean bag chairs, and Smart TV for streaming - this is a fun kids space. The primary Guest room has a Queen bed and built-in storage. There is also a charming nook with a crib. Guest room #2 has a King bed and please note that, to get to this lovely bedroom, you must pass through a small bedroom (Guest room #3) with 1 twin bed and a desk in it - which can be used as a bedroom or an office. Guest room #4 has 1 twin bed with a twin trundle. Guest bedroom #5 has 2 twin beds with 2 trundles. All of these bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms - one has a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The Tv room has seating and another Smart Tv and Guest room #6 has a Queen bed and has an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All house and pool linens are included for both main house and the apartment.
Outside there is so much to enjoy: the gardens are well tended and the lush lawn is inviting! The heated pool is 30 X 15 and has a stone patio surround for outdoor dining with a large grill, umbrella, and pool chairs, as well as additional casual poolside seating. Enjoy the outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a convenient 1/2 bath, just adjacent, with pool towels. The large flat grassy area is fully fenced and includes the pool, 2 swings, a soccer net, fire-pit with wood included, and an outdoor (seasonal) ping-pong table!
